Four Australian soldiers injured

FOUR Australian soldiers have been injured while on patrol in Afghanistan.

The soldiers were injured on Friday when an improvised explosive device exploded during Afghan National Security Force operations in the Uruzgan Province.

One soldier was seriously injured and flown to a hospital in Germany for treatment.
