Police seek information after alleged axe threat

DALBY Police are seeking information from the public into an alleged incident last Friday, where a man threatened another with an axe in the main street.

Police say a heated argument between a pair of men just after 12.00am in Cunningham St, led to police being called.

Police allege one of the men retrieved an axe from his car and threatened to hurt the other with the weapon.

The man with the axe left the scene before police arrived.

Police have described him as mid 30s, roughly 175cm tall, with dark hair and was wearing a black and a grey T-shirt and black jeans on the night.

Police are continuing their investigation.
