Wholesome videos also go viral

STREET fights and 'epic fails' tend to be the subjects of many popular internet videos, but every now and then, a nice wholesome video will go viral.

This week, three such videos have been selected.

In 1970 a group of 19 skiers set a record for the largest number of people holding hands and performing syncronised backflips on skis.

Fast forward to 2013 and a larger group attempts to break the record - this was, of course, captured on video and uploaded to the internet.

In the second video a YouTube user introduces his grandmother to some impressive gaming technology and her response is touching.

Finally, a camera captures the moment Talita, a young Brazilian girl, sees the results of the life-changing surgery that was performed on her.
